In 1993 Peter returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom with several years experience in property management and development. During this time he worked for Vanson Developments (Richard Branson’s property development company) for two years, and in investment and management for Fuller Peiser (Rolls Royce and Vickers Pension Funds). Upon his return to New Zealand, Peter took up the position of manager of the Property Management division at Colliers International. Alan has overall responsibility for Research and Consultancy for Colliers International in New Zealand. He joined Colliers in 1998 and was made a Director in 2000. Alan has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in building economics, is a Member of the New Zealand Property Institute, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Andrew joined Colliers in early 2009 and has national responsibility for the valuation and consultancy business. Andrew has over 15 years experience in the property industry in valuation, consulting, funds management and development sectors. Prior to Andrew joining Colliers he was General Manager of Landco Land Developments, one of New Zealand’s leading land development companies and also held the position of Manager Projects and Acquisitions for Kiwi Income Property Trust being part of the team that developed New Zealand’s largest shopping centre, Sylvia Park. Andrew was also National Director – Valuation and Advisory Services for CBRE. Andrew is a Registered Valuer, Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University.
