Jeremy joined Colliers International (Wellington Valuation) Limited in January 2006 as a Senior Valuer. Jeremy undertakes all types of valuations of commercial and industrial properties around the Wellington Region.
Since 1995 Jeremy has been completing valuations of residential, commercial and industrial properties covering a wide range of assignments from houses to large subdivisions, and from small retail premises to large manufacturing complexes. He has also carried out portfolio valuations for large public companies throughout New Zealand.
Jeremy has gained specialist expertise in the valuation of self storage facilities, childcare centres, land subdivisions, and cost allocation/depreciation schedules for taxation and accounting purposes.
