Paul is consistently in the top three revenue earners annually in New Zealand and is the overall top revenue producer in the country. Paul has also been voted the top office leasing broker in Asia Pacific on a number of occasions.
Company Experience
Paul has specialised in corporate office leasing since joining Colliers International in 1989, specialising almost entirely in tenant representation work. He has worked in both Wellington and Auckland. Paul worked in Wellington for five years and then took on the role of National Leasing Manager – based in Auckland.

Paul is particularly used to working for offshore multinationals with an emphasis on repeat business and long term relationships. Proven successful examples of this include: Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Sun Microsystems, General Motors/Holden, EDS, UNISYS, Australian Consolidated Press (ACP), IBM and Cisco.
In respect of local companies Paul was the exclusive broker for New Zealand’s largest company Fonterra for both its head office and fringe requirements. He has also worked with other clients such as Bell Gully, Ministry of Social Development, Provenco, Marac, Deloitte, BNZ and 42 Below. Paul was recently appointed by ING as their Tenant Representative to source their 5,000m² requirement.
