Sam has concluded many transactions over the years from government departments, embassies and corporate leasings to sales of unit titles, large development sites and investments.
Concentrating in Wellington City, Sam has in depth market knowledge and completes a high number of transactions year in year out.
Sam went to Wellington College, then the University of Dunedin where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management. After a brief stint with NBNZ in Wellington Sam moved to Sydney where he worked with MLC in financial services for four years. Sam then changed roles into sales working for Phoenix Organic selling NZ Juice to the Aussies! On return to NZ Sam has been at Colliers International.
