Since graduating from Victoria University Rosemary has specialised in commercial leasing and later sales. For 12 years she was a City Councillor in Wellington. At the time she was the youngest person ever elected to WCC. As
Chairman of the WCC Arts Committee she was instrumental in the formation of the NZ International Festival of the Arts. In 2009 Rosemary was awarded a prestigious Hunter Fellowship by Victoria University in recognition of
her support and fundraising for the University.
Rosemary has a life time of experience in commercial property. In 1991 she founded her own commercial real estate company specialising in high level sales. For many years she was a shareholder in the agency business and joint
Managing Director of Colliers Wellington.
