Janet is one of the leading commercial sales and leasing brokers on the North Shore and has over 10 years’ experience at Colliers International, now managing the commercial sales and leasing team.
Previously employed by the Ministry of Defence in the UK, she is a consummate professional, and prides herself on the integrity and attention to detail she brings to her role.
With excellent marketing skills, and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local market, Janet is able to address any challenges or requirements that stand between a client and the vision they have for their project. She has cultivated strong networks in the local market as an office and retail specialist, and remains totally committed to ensuring the job gets done right the first time. In 2003 Janet was awarded the Colliers International Administration and Support Award, and in 2005 she was named Colliers International Rookie of the Year. In 2010 she sold in excess of $20m worth of commercial property.
An avid skier, Janet has been president of the Pinnacle Ski Club and also enjoys CrossFit training in her spare time.
