Rob has over 25 year’s commercial property experience specialising in Tenant Representation, Corporate Real Estate Strategy, Commercial Property Financial Analysis and Valuation.
Company Experience
Rob has been employed by Colliers International for over eighteen years. He is the National Director of Office Leasing. For a number of years he was responsible for the National Property Management business. His current focus covers Corporate Solutions and Office Leasing nationwide.
He is frequently one of the top performing operators within the New Zealand Colliers International business.
Prior Experience
Prior to working for Colliers International, Rob held positions in Wellington and Auckland with a major international fund manager. His roles included work in property valuation, leasing, purchase and sales.
