Nick works closely with tenants and landlords to ensure the best outcome for all parties. With eight years’ experience in commercial real estate, he specialises in the transaction of retail property in Christchurch and throughout the greater South Island.
While working across the board in the retail sector, he has concentrated more recently on bulk and large format retail leasing in Christchurch and the greater Canterbury region.
Nick is intimately involved in several retail projects in the Christchurch CBD rebuild, including spearheading marketing 4000m2 of retail space in Cashel Mall. He has leased over 35,000m2 of retail space, totaling more than $5 million in annual rental. Nick is one of the leading retail specialists in Canterbury and the greater South Island. He works meticulously with landlords to identify appropriate tenants and to ensure synergy in retail precincts. Pre-earthquake Nick was responsible for several substantial leases in the bulk and large format sector.
