For over eight years Bill was Joint Managing Director of the Colliers International Wellington office. He is a qualified valuer and has worked in commercial agency since 1979. He is recognised as one of New Zealand's leading brokers and has been involved in sales and office leasing well
exceeding $1 billion.
Bill has negotiated some of New Zealand's largest commercial sales. He has sold the highest value office building and shopping centre in New Zealand. Bill is the only New Zealand agent to sell three properties over $120m.
