Scott has quickly established himself as an up and comer in the Auckland leasing market. Since becoming a leasing broker, Scott has successfully completed a number of tenant and landlord representation roles. In 2009, Scott was awarded Colliers’ “Rookie of the Year” for New Zealand. Scott has also recently completed a New Zealand Green Building Council course and exam and is a Green Star NZ Accredited Professional.

Prior to moving into commercial property leasing, Scott completed degrees in Law and Finance at Canterbury University.

Scott joined the Colliers Leasing team at the beginning of 2008 after graduating from the University of Canterbury with degrees in Law and Finance. Scott specialises in commercial office leasing focusing on the Auckland CBD and Newmarket/Greenlane areas.

Since joining Colliers, Scott has successfully worked with a number of both multinational tenants such as Philips as well as local organisations such as Fletchers Constructions, the New Zealand Law Society and Konica Minolta.
