As a partner and branch manager of Colliers Nelson, Raj has nine years’ experience in the real estate industry and primarily specialises in commercial investment sales and syndication. In addition to his proven commercial sales experience, he is registered financial service provider and a member of Financial Dispute Resolution, allowing him to assist his clients with investments of any size.
An able project manager and negotiator, Raj remains totally committed to his clients and prides himself on confidentiality, honesty and integrity, as well as his expertise in commercial property acquisition.
Having worked exclusively in the Nelson-Marlborough region throughout his career, Raj maintains extensive networks within the region with investors and property owners, whilst continuing to develop his hold on the national commercial property market, including deals in Christchurch, Timaru, and Palmerston North.
