Jeremy specialises in commercial office leasing in Wellington's CBD and Te Aro.
Jeremy has concluded many leases over the years from Government departments and Embassies to small start up businesses. He has also been involved in selling $10 million worth of real estate in the past 18 months.
Jeremy started his career with Bayleys where he specialised in Commercial Office Leasing. He then moved to London where he successfully managed two Institutional Property Funds for AXA Real Estate Investment Managers. Over the past nine years he has gained comprehensive practical experience in all Real Estate issues across both the UK and New Zealand markets.
Jeremy completed a Bachelor of Science from Massey University in 2001
