Since joining the Colliers team as a commercial broker in 2009, Geoff has established a solid record for himself in the Nelson and Tasman region, and has successfully closed 48 deals across retail, office and industrial markets as of December 2011.
Geoff brings a blend of dynamism, tenacity and expertise to his role as a broker, and is on hand to ensure his clients make the right decisions and get the best returns for their assets. With a proven drive for success, he is always looking forward to his next projects.
Building on an established commercial background, he also has more than 10 years’ worth of marketing and sales experience in the tobacco and telecommunications industries as an international marketing entrepreneur, having worked in Australia, East Africa, South East Asia and the United Kingdom.
After returning to New Zealand, Geoff purchased and completed the redevelopment and expansion of Furneaux Lodge in Queen Charlotte Sound, and established a small portfolio of hospitality businesses, which he continues to maintain. Having since settled in Nelson he is also a keen outdoorsman and offshore yachtie.
