Since becoming a leasing broker, Jenna has successfully completed a number of tenant and landlord representation roles. After her first year of brokerage, Jenna was awarded Colliers’ “Rookie of the Year” for New Zealand. She has also recently completed a New Zealand Green Building Council course and exam and is a Green Star NZ Accredited Professional.

Jenna joined the Colliers Leasing team in 2006 after completing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland. She quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the Leasing team and is skilled at developing solid relationships with both tenants and landlords alike. She is well regarded as being a hard working and innovative broker who will ensure that her clients achieve the best possible results for their business.
Notable Transactions
Since joining Colliers, Jenna’s main area of specialisation has been office leasing in the city fringe, in particular Newmarket and Greenlane. She has successfully worked with a number of multinational tenants such as Holcim, Philips and Teletech, as well as local organisations such as the Ministry of Social Development, Sheffield and NZQA.
