• Michael joined the company in 2005 as Commercial Portfolio Manager
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Michael manages a number of properties for key clients in Christchurch and throughout New Zealand. These properties include landmark buildings such as Forsyth Barr House, BNZ House and Northwood Supa Centa.
• Michael has been involved in asset and portfolio management for a number of large organizations, assisting in the New Zealand sale down of portfolios such as BNZOPA’s.
• He also provides consultancy services particularly in relation to leasing lease structures and rental levels, particularly in CBD office buildings. Michael is also experienced in managing fit outs, make good and other lease issues.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Prior to joining Livingstones, Michael was the Manager of Colliers International Christchurch Property Management Division for 12 years and prior to this he worked as a valuer in both Australia and New Zealand. Michael also has experience in construction and development
