COMPANY EXPERIENCE
Jason joined the company in March 2006. In his role as Client Accounting Manager he has overall responsibility through his 12 strong accounting team, for the financial reporting functions of all management clients including overseeing day to day financial matters from tenancy updates, processing of rent reviews, invoicing, receipting, payment authorization, wages, debt collection and the like.
He is both directly involved in the financial reporting of shopping centres and commercial properties nationwide in addition to providing a supervisory role for all properties in the portfolio.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Jason has developed around him a dedicated team of accounting personnel with experience in the niche field of retail and commercial property accounting.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Prior to joining Jason has spent 5 years working in England and the Middle East as a project accountant. Prior to returning to New Zealand in late 2005, Jason was working as a project accountant in Hong Kong during the construction phase of the Hong Kong Disneyland.
Education:
• Since finishing the Business Studies course at Massey University, is continuing to work towards his BAcc
