COMPANY EXPERIENCE
• Warren joined Livingstones (now Colliers International Property Management Limited) in June 1982.
• In 1987 Warren became Director of Valuations for the company and in 1992 assumed the role of Managing Director.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Initially upon joining the company Warren undertook residential and commercial valuations for the company in Christchurch. However since the mid 1980’s specialisation in commercial valuation and arbitration has dominated Warren’s career. He acts nationally for corporate and institutional clients and has attained national prominence in the valuation of aged care and retirement village facilities.
• Warren is called upon regularly to undertake difficult and complex valuations for court and arbitration proceedings and has provided evidence as an expert witness. Warren regularly acts as sole arbitrator/umpire in numerous rental disputes.
• Warren leads the Colliers International Property Management Limited group of companies (Valuation and Property Management). The Group operates from the Christchurch Head Office and regional offices in Auckland, Wellington, Palmerston North and Tauranga. Also, there are shopping centres offices nationwide.
• Warren operates alongside the corporate team and is a member of the leadership team and Board of Directors. He oversaw the introduction of the Colliers International cornerstone shareholding in 2007 and the purchase of several property management portfolios.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Prior to joining the company, Warren was Senior Valuer Housing Corporation West Coast responsible for the valuation and property management undertakings of Housing Corporation for the entire West Coast of the South Island.
