COMPANY EXPERIENCE
• Carl joined the company (then called Fright Aubrey) in 2003 and became a Registered Valuer in 2006. Livingstones purchased Fright Aubrey in 2008. Carl now holds the position of Registered Valuer in the enlarged practice now trading as Colliers International Valuation (ChCh) Limited.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Carl specialises in the valuation of commercial and industrial properties within Christchurch and the greater Canterbury/ Westland region for mortgage, rental and insurance purposes. Carl also undertakes valuation and consultancy work for residential and industrial subdivisions and inner city apartment developments.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Worked abroad in London, Dublin and Perth in various fields including construction and management accounts.

EDUCATION • Carl has completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Lincoln University specialising in Urban Valuation and Property Management.
