• Gary joined Fright Aubrey in 1985 and became a Director in 1986.
• In 2008 Livingstones purchased Fright Aubrey and Gary became Managing Director of the Valuation Division - T/a Fright Aubrey (now Colliers International Valuation (ChCh) Limited).
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Specialisation in commercial and industrial valuation and consultancy within the CBD and suburban locations of Christchurch and major metropolitan areas in the South Island.
• Significant experience in development feasibility consultancy.
• Has completed extensive research on the Christchurch office vacancy market and the residential and business land markets in Canterbury.
• Often called upon to act as an expert witness in arbitrations, civil and Environment Court hearings.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Gary commenced his valuation career with the Valuation Department in 1973 in Christchurch.
• Joined Hong Kong Government Rating and Valuation Department in 1981 acting as a valuer and research analyst.
