• Mervyn joined the company in June 2007 following acquisition of the Auckland property management portfolio of Colliers International.

• Since joining Mervyn has been involved in the management and consultancy of a broad range of commercial and industrial properties.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Mervyn has over 20 years experience in property management which included 10 years with the Anglican Trusts Board ( now Trust and Investments) managing a wide range of property assets, 4 years with the Bank of New Zealand as Manger of Leasing and Sales and 4 years, from 2003, with the Auckland property management division of Colliers International NZ Limited
