COMPANY EXPERIENCE
• Melody joined the Company in the Wellington branch in September 2008 as Retail Property Administrator.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• During 2009 Melody was promoted to Retail Property Manager and works alongside Anna Smith running the Wellington retail portfolio in property management.
• Past accomplishments include, when previously working for Wellington CBRE Melody was offered and took up a position in Sydney to train employees throughout Australia in RECD, a specialised commercial and retail property program.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
• Between 06 and 08 Melody worked in London for Cushman Wakefield's marketing team training new marketing managers throughout Europe. Melody then joined Jackson Criss and worked closely with the retail development, high street and shopping centre investments team.
• Melody has been working in the property industry since 2002 and has extensive experience in facilities management, marketing, property program training and property management.
• Other work experience includes event management for Transpower NZ.
