Prior Experience:
Craig is approaching 15 years knowledge and experience of working on behalf of corporate and private sector lessees. He has worked professionally in property advisory roles in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom and brings an international understanding to his property consultancy and management expertise.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Craig acted as Contract Manager for Telecom New Zealand Limited’s national retail, corporate and network portfolio. During this period, Craig headed the outsourced transition of both the Lease Management contract and later the Facilities Management contract.
Craig spent 6 years in the United Kingdom, managing leasing interests on behalf of Lasmo plc, HSBC, St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Charitable Foundation and British Telecom.
In the early stages of his property career, Craig also spent 3 years as a valuer attaining full registration before travelling to the United Kingdom

Craig brings a broad property experience and a pro-active approach to lessee management. He also understands the importance of listening to client needs in order to enable delivery of a property platform to support the business direction.
Craig’s areas of specialty include lease portfolio management, occupier strategy, lease negotiations, portfolio planning and implementation and infrastructure management.
