Ryan specialises in the mid to upper end of the Industrial Sales and Leasing market on the North Shore. He joined Colliers International in 2009, leaving another leading Real Estate company where he was ranked the No. 1 Industrial Agent for the North Shore. Now at Colliers he again was ranked No. 1 for the first quarter of 2011.
Among a number of sales and leasing projects, he has recently completed the largest Industrial lease on the North Shore and aims to complete the largest Industrial sale for 2011 on the North Shore.

Prior to Real Estate Ryan completed his BSC in Anatomy and Pharmacology and Diploma in Marketing, then worked in the Pharmaceutical industry for 12 years, from sales representative through to Sales and Marketing Manager.
