Sophie has worked as a lease manager on Telecom New Zealand Limited’s national retail and network portfolio of approximately 2,000 lease interests.
Prior to this Sophie worked as a Property Manager on the Ministry of Education’s teacher housing portfolio. Special projects that she worked on were researching and setting nationwide market rents and management of a $1m annual planned maintenance program.
