Prior Experience

• Originally operating his own electrical company, from this base Gary moved into the retail and corporate realms to provide FM support to St. Luke’s Group (now Westfield), Fletcher Property, MMN, and DNZ Property Group.
• Supported existing assets, refurbishments and upgrades, acquisitions and led teams during growth periods when companies were expanding rapidly and wanting to consolidate and streamline processes and systems.
• Previously involved with key buildings such as Wellington’s 5 green star Meridian Building, Queenstown’s Remarkables Park complex and Fletcher’s corporate offices.
