Prior Experience:
Naomi has knowledge and experience of working on the property portfolios of primarily public sector clients since 1982. During her career she has provided property management, disposal services and consultancy advice on a wide variety of issues. She has had previous roles as an Associate Director Property Services at DTZ New Zealand with prior employment with Knight Frank, Land Corporation and the Department of Lands and Survey.
Naomi has been Contract Manager and managed properties for Land Information New Zealand, NZ Transport Agency, the Office of Treaty Settlements and the Ministry of Education for whom she also managed their nationwide disposal contract.
Professional Skills:
Naomi has a broad knowledge base of all aspects of property management. She has the ability to look at the ‘big picture’ and has mentored many property professionals over the years.
