Profile:
Steve started his career marketing residential real estate in 1998.
He has gained considerable experience in a wide range of residential property transactions in suburban Auckland, including project marketing of large, multi-unit developments and sub-division work.
In late 2009, Steve moved to Colliers International to assist in marketing The Stamford Residences, Auckland’s most prestigious CBD development of 149 luxury apartments.
By September 2010, Steve was appointed sales manager responsible for The Stamford Residences. This role requires Steve to liaise with Colliers International Australian offices and includes regular reporting to the international developer’s Chief Financial Officer in Singapore.
