Profile:
Don joined Colliers International in 2009 as the Director of Corporate Solutions, having worked in property industry since the late 1980s.
Prior Experience:
Through his career Don has held property roles with the Ministry of Health, AMP, Jones Lang LaSalle and DTZ New Zealand where he was the National Director of Property Services.
Don has provided professional advisory services to clients including Inland Revenue, Bank of New Zealand, Telecom, Ministry of Education, New Zealand Transport Agency, Vodafone, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Office of Treaty Settlements, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Land Information New Zealand.
He has a solid understanding of providing outsourced property and facilities management services to clients. In designing solutions for his clients he seeks to understand the drivers of his clients so that he and his team can deliver a service that is customised to their unique needs.
Don has an avid interest in IT solutions in the property industry and the benefits they can deliver to both Colliers International and our clients. This focus means that both his team and his clients are operating from a fully informed position and ensure they derive maximum benefit from their property expenditure.

Don leads a team of property professionals working in the fields of property, facilities and project management with a focus on serving the needs of corporate occupiers. He understands that corporate occupiers may have different drivers and needs than investor owners. For many corporate occupiers property is a platform from which they deliver their services as opposed to an investment class.
