After being awarded a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University, Sam spent 3 years working for CBRE in Auckland, focusing on industrial sales and leasing. He then spent 5 years in CBRE's London office in the National Business team specialising in office tenant representation, before returning to New Zealand to join the Colliers Office Leasing team in Auckland.
