A born and bred local and graduate of the university, Matt is well acquainted with one of the few real estate markets that has managed to hold its own throughout the recession, along with the key differences that set it apart from conventional commercial and residential sectors. This understanding enables him to facilitate investment for his clients in the university market.
With 12 years’ worth of business experience to his name, he is solution focused and prides himself on his integrity and attention to detail, in addition to making a point of calling clients back when he says he will. A property investor himself, Matt’s focus remains on delivering the best results for his clients’ needs, something he is determined to be known for.
A family orientated man, Matt is heavily involved with his local squash club and is a bit of an adventurer, having recently completed an ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro in 2011.
