Dwayne joined Colliers International in 2005. He specialises in mid to upper end sale and leasing industrial projects and is a senior broker at Colliers International.
His specialisation is occupier representation implementing a property strategy from initial brief right through to deal finalisation.
In addition Dwayne does a huge amount of industrial sales work and investment sales.
Professional Accomplishments
During his career Dwayne has completed a large number of significant transactions and has worked exclusively for clients such as Kmart, Visy and Akzo Nobel.
In 2012 Dwayne leased over 30,000m² of industrial space and sold in excess of $45 million worth of industrial real estate.
Business and Education Background
Dwayne comes from a finance and marketing background. Working for ASB Bank he performed a lending role and later was a Business Line Manager responsible for ASB's Home Lending Portfolio.
Having left school Dwayne studied in Auckland completing a Diploma in Marketing. After travelling extensively he joined ASB initially in a lending role and later moved into a marketing role becoming a Business Line Manager.
After seven years with ASB Dwayne joined Colliers International as an Industrial broker.
