Euan’s work has been instrumental in helping to establish Colliers International as a first choice for retail and office brokerage on the North Shore. An agent since 2006, and involved in the property industry for some years before that, he has the experience and track record to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
He joined Colliers in 2011, and initially devoted his energies to properties in central Takapuna. He has since attracted work from the wider North Shore, including retail developments of various sizes. Highlights include involvement with Bunnings Warehouse’s developments in Wairau Park, and seeing his hard work pay off in the highly successful auction of a retail block in Forrest Hill.
Previous work includes several trade and sales roles, as well as two years as a dive instructor while travelling. As a consequence, Euan is practised at building relationships and trust with people from all backgrounds. Priding himself on sound market knowledge, strong communication, and a drive to give the best service possible, he has established himself as a valuable part of the North Shore Team.
Outside of work, Euan enjoys spending time with his family, where possible at their bach in Mangawhai, where he maintains an interest in diving, as well as fishing, surfing and golf.
