Jimmy is in his sixth year with the Colliers North Shore team. Having come from a successful background of sales, marketing and manufacturing and as a director of his own business for 22 years Jimmy has built up a vast network of property developers, investors, architects, designers and corporate businesses both retail and commercial. With a broad knowledge as a tenant and investor in the commercial property market his wide range of skills and extensive network will be an asset to any future clients.
Jimmy was promoted to manager of the North Shore Industrial team on the North Shore in early 2008. Through specialisation and a commitment to true teamwork he and his team have sold property in excess of $250m and negotiated innumerable leases.
With a strong focus on finding property solutions for his clients, Jimmy and the North Shore Industrial team have successfully represented AA Insurance, Easi Yo Products, Sealegs, Johnson Controls, Goodman Fielder, Electronic Navigation and Maxwell Marine to name a few.
Recent success includes the sale of 10 Rothwell Avenue for a sum in excess of $13m – the largest industrial sale and lease on the North Shore in 2011.
Finishing last year as the North Shore’s top agent, Jimmy was promoted to General Manager in July 2012 and now runs the day to day operations of the branch while still maintaining a strong focus on the core brokerage business.
When not working, Jimmy enjoys time with his family on their lifestyle block. He has a love of the outdoors and you will often find him fishing, trail riding, camping or holidaying in his favourite spot in Fiji. Jimmy has also held a private pilot’s licence.
