Matt specialises in the Industrial Sales and Leasing market.  He has sold over $40 million worth of real estate with successful sales campaigns including Kea Property's 37 unit development at 89 Ellice Road, the AA Vehicle Testing Station at 159 Sunnybrae Road, 169 Bush Road (ex – Siemens (NZ) Ltd HQ), 36 Hillside Road, 7 Beatrice Tinsley, the Chatfield Engineering site on Porana Road and the significant record breaking sale & lease back for Chrisco’s. Matt has completed a number of high profile North Shore Leasing transactions in 2009 including Maxwell Marine International, Sealegs International and Johnson Controls.

Matt’s high profile, excellent market knowledge and  reputation for his hard working attitude, integrity and reliability has ensured he is one of the top Industrial Brokers on the North Shore.

Prior to Colliers, Matt played on the professional tennis circuit, whilst also representing NZ in the Davis Cup.
