An Auckland company has bought 22ha of prime industrial land in Oamaru for an undisclosed sum.

A part of Auckland’s legal history is for sale. A former bar, restaurant, offices and conference facilities within the old Magistrates Court building at Courthouse Lane will be auctioned next month.
