private Wellington investment company owners.
The

of $850,000 and is occupied by Genesis Energy.
The

situated on the south side of Chews Lane, between Willis and Victoria streets.

The

Under
the lease agreement, Genesis has a further right of renewal for a second term
at the end of the current three-year lease.
