Highly experienced office leasing specialist Ryan Geddes has joined Colliers International in Christchurch.
Previously with CB Richard Ellis for the past eight years, Geddes has been appointed as a commercial leasing broker in the expanded Colliers team, now the biggest specialist leasing team in Christchurch.
He is currently working with landlords and tenants on several new low rise developments on the CBD fringe.
Managing director Hamish Doig said tenants who had relocated to the suburbs in the aftermath of February were now looking ahead to options in the CBD. Plans were already well advanced for several quality premises.
