Colliers International has appointed Andrew Reed as its newest corporate sales broker, working in the agency’s corporate sales team based in its Auckland central business district office.
Andrew returns to Colliers International New Zealand after gaining experience as a fund manager in London and, more recently, at Colliers International in Sydney.
Reporting to Peter Herdson, national director of investment sales, Andrew will focus on further developing Colliers’ international sales capability, alongside international sales director John Goddard.
Herdson says Andrew’s appointment will strengthen the international sales division. “We look forward to Andrew bringing valuable experience gained working the UK and Australia into this key role in a growth area.”
In his role with Colliers International Sydney, Andrew specialised in the sale of institutional-grade commercial property in the Sydney CBD, primarily working with institutional and offshore capital based in Asia and Europe.
Prior to that, he worked for GPT Halverton (now Internos Real Investors LLP) in London, originally as an investment manager before taking overall responsibility for GPT Halverton’s largest and flagship fund as the fund manager.
He has nine years’ experience in the property market.
