Our comprehensive semi-annual vacancy survey of the Auckland CBD office market mirrors recent economic data – improving, but only slightly. Overall vacancy has reduced from 12.2% a year ago, and 11.3% six months ago, to 11.0% now. All going in the right direction, but slowly.
