Auckland Office
Colliers International’s New Zealand headquarters at 151 Queen Street, Auckland CBD, is the company’s largest office in the country. The senior management team is based here, along with the national marketing and finance teams.
The office is home to key Auckland brokerage teams including metropolitan sales, office leasing and retail leasing, as well as the nationwide investment sales team which handles some of New Zealand’s largest commercial property transactions every year for key national clients. The national property syndication team is also based in the Auckland CBD office.
Other commercial property services divisions based in the Queen Street office include The Auction Room, real estate management, research, project and building consultancy, valuation and advisory, corporate solutions and residential project marketing.

National core retail household expenditure excluding online shopping is forecast to reach $39 billion by 2016. This will be a major catalyst for retail property sector growth.
