Paul specialises in the Auckland Industrial mid to upper end sale and leasing market. Paul joined Colliers International in 2005 having worked in both the Auckland Industrial team and for a short time in Poland where he established and lead a new office in their Krakow market. Paul brings with him fresh ideas complete with strong knowledge and experience in the Auckland Industrial market. Paul has worked exclusively with companies like Rank Group, CHH, GM, ING, CEVA, Goodman, Coca-Cola, Delphi, Schenker, and Motorola. He has strong relationships and has predominantly sold and leased property in the East Tamaki, Penrose, Mt Wellington and Onehunga markets.
