Paul joined Colliers International at the beginning of 2008, following 4 years with Barfoot & Thompson Commercial. He has developed a strong market presence and specialises in the mid-upper end of the sales and leasing industrial market and in particular has a strong knowledge of the Auckland Airport area. As a result Paul has developed an extensive network of developers, investors, owner occupiers and an extensive lessee database. Major clients include Auckland International Airport Ltd, Transpacific Industries Ltd, Trust Investments Ltd.
Paul has sold and leased a number of industrial properties throughout the Central and South Auckland Industrial precincts. He has developed outstanding relationships in the South Auckland industrial property market.
