As a commercial and investment property specialist for Colliers International Dunedin, Peter’s proficiency as a broker is underlined by the structured approach he brings to his work and honed by years of experience as a business marketer.
Before joining the Colliers team, Peter worked for CRT Real Estate where he established a successful off-farm investment business within the company to provide property-based investment opportunities for CRT’s 26,000 shareholders.
Previously employed by IBM, Fisher & Paykel, Motor Trade Finances and the House of Travel group in a variety of senior marketing manager roles, Peter brings a wealth of experience and a disciplined approach to his marketing.
A self-described “local lad”, Peter is strongly affiliated with the University of Otago, the Otago Southland branch of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and the Otago Chamber of Commerce where he runs workshops mentoring small businesses.
Having previously lectured in marketing strategy and research at the university, and working towards completing his AFA (Authorised Financial Advisor) qualifications, he is extremely well-positioned to support his clients when it comes to achieving the most satisfying returns on their investment.
Peter is also president of the Dunedin School of Judo and enjoys running and mountain biking in his spare time.
