Key services

• Property accounting, including rental collection, cash flow management and debt management
• Payment of suppliers associated with the property
• Periodic financial reporting on either a cash or accruals basis within specified timeframes
• Calculation and collection of turnover rentals
• Preparation of annual rental and operating expense budgets
• Operating expense charge collection, allocation to tenants and annual wash-up, including liaison with external auditors
• Provision of Body Corporate secretarial services
• Benchmarking so that New Zealand-wide industry average costs can be applied to determine such aspects as rent reviews, client charges and operating costs

As a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, all client funds we maintain are accounted for through trust accounts adhering to statutory requirements.
