Todd’s areas of specialisation is the selling and leasing of property in the mid to upper end of the South Auckland industrial market. Todd has an extensive property background in Auckland spanning the past 20 years and prior to joining Colliers International came from a construction and development background.
Since joining Colliers Todd has established a track record of successful projects for a wide range of clients. Recent exclusive appointments include companies such as Fletcher Building, Bridgestone, Stevensons, Sealy, Turners & Growers and Watercare.
Education:
Todd graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelor of engineering degree. He has also undertaken post graduate studies at Auckland University's Business School.
