As the Chief Executive Officer, Gareth is responsible for leading the Colliers New Zealand business, which includes nearly 750 experts across 30 locations.
Gareth’s responsibilities include guiding the strategy and growth of the New Zealand business and he works closely with the Colliers APAC and global teams to maximise collaboration and implement global initiatives.
He has extensive experience in the Australasian property market having first joined Colliers in 2000 and worked across multiple service lines, including Real Estate Management, Occupier Services, Leasing and Sales. He worked in the banking sector from 2005-2011 before returning to Colliers.
Prior to becoming CEO, Gareth led the Investment Sales team at Colliers for eight years.
Mark joined Colliers International in 1989, when the company was first established in New Zealand. He assisted in establishing the leasing and agency side of the business in Auckland.
In 1994 Mark was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colliers in New Zealand. Since then, he has grown the Colliers team in New Zealand from 75 to nearly 750 staff.
Mark completed a successful tenure as CEO in April 2023 and moved to the position of Executive Chairman, which involves assisting Colliers New Zealand CEO Gareth Fraser with strategic planning, growth through acquisitions, building relationships with key clients, and recruitment and retention of senior personnel.
Charles is Colliers Auckland Managing Director, holding a strategic role responsible for client service experience, growth strategies, and profitability of the Auckland business.
Charles is also a key member of the Colliers New Zealand board of directors and the Australasian senior leadership team.
Colliers’ Auckland business is one of the strongest commercial real estate services brands in the market and employs over 250 professionals in five offices across the city.
Charles is responsible for growing Colliers' market share across its various service lines and developing Colliers’ Auckland business as a ‘best practice’ model for the Colliers’ offices nationwide.
He is also responsible for people management and culture across the Auckland offices, including leadership and direction, recruitment, mentoring, skills development, and succession planning.
Bruce joined Colliers in 2002, working as a sales broker in the Auckland investment sales team. In 2005 he was appointed General Manager-Operations. Bruce is a chartered surveyor with over 35 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including agency, property development and real estate management.

In addition, Nicola provides executive support to Gareth Fraser | NZ CEO, Mark Synnott | Executive Chairman, Charles Cooper | Auckland Managing Director, and to the wider executive management team
Peter's career started with Colliers International in 1992, shortly after the company commenced trading in New Zealand. Over the intervening years Peter has been responsible for the full range of financial services required and has helped navigate the company support functions through sustained periods of growth and change.
Chris Dibble is currently a Director of Strategic Advisory and has held a variety of leadership roles at Colliers over the past eight years.
With over 17 years of experience, Chris uses data-driven property insights and pragmatic advice to arm people with the necessary information to make the best possible decisions.
Chris is also a regular presenter at industry events, as well as frequently featuring in New Zealand’s media discussing the latest property market trends.
Alan has overall responsibility for Strategic Advisory for Colliers International in New Zealand.
He advises a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Clients include Auckland Council,, Massey University, Kiwi Property, Ngai Tahu Property, Ngati Whatua Orakei, Ngati Whatua o Kaipara, NZ Super, and various departments of the New Zealand government including Police, MBIE, Ministry of Justice, and Kainga Ora.
Ashley is a P&P professional, Change Manager and Strengths Coach with experience as a people leader and trainer across the Property, Aviation, Telecommunications, Fashion and Real Estate industries in Australia and New Zealand.

In 1993 Peter returned to New Zealand from the United Kingdom with several years’ experience in property management and development. During this time, he worked for Vanson Developments (Richard Branson´s property development company) for two years, and in investment and management for Fuller Peiser (Rolls Royce and Vickers Pension Funds). Upon his return to New Zealand, Peter joined Colliers International (NZ) Limited, where he has been ever since.
Peter now leads the Colliers International Capital Markets division, based in the Auckland CBD. The team is proud to have established a new approach to collaborative working within their division, a first the New Zealand marketplace.

Greg specialises in the mid to upper end of the Industrial sale and leasing markets. He joined Colliers International in 2004, coming from a policing background. He quickly established strong relationships within the industrial market and has worked exclusively for the likes of Fisher & Paykel, The Warehouse, Freedom Furniture, Fletchers, NZ Police, NZ Guardian Trust, Goodyear Dunlop NZ Ltd and Mercedes-Benz to name a few.
Greg has been the lead broker on nearly all of the largest transactions in the industrial property market over the last ten years. Greg has completed three of the largest industrial sales ever in the New Zealand market. He is a regular top 10 broker for Colliers across NZ having transacted in excess of $6billion worth of industrial real estate in his time with Colliers.
In 2013, 2019 and 2020 Greg was awarded the Commercial and Industrial Salesperson of the Year Award by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and was runner up in 2018. Greg was Colliers International’s top salesperson in New Zealand across all sectors in In 2010, 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Kane has over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which included Westfield Stratford and the surrounds. Kane specialised in retail valuations while in Sydney and valued some of Australia’s largest Shopping Centres. Since returning to New Zealand in 2012, he has focused on Auckland’s CBD Office market along with mixed use and residential development valuations.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales RICS board between 2009 and 2011. He is a RICS Assessor and has been part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand between 2014 and 2020. In 2011 Kane was invited to become a Fellow of the RICS for his contributions to the Institution and the property profession. He is currently a member of the PCNZ National Advisory Group.

As a Project Director for Colliers Project Leaders in New Zealand, Kerry leads strategic end-to-end property solutions for clients to provide exceptional service and results.
Kerry is an experienced development professional with proven success in development management, client-side project management, land and infrastructure development as well as planning and negotiation. Kerry has over 18 years of experience that includes the delivery of major and complex projects through the bid, feasibility and inception stage, through to design and construction and finally, asset handover to the end client.
He has completed projects across multiple sectors including commercial building refurbishments, office, residential apartments (including BTR), food and beverage, retail, early learning centres, industrial and civil & infrastructure projects.
Kerry takes a personal and dedicated approach to ensure the needs of all clients are fully understood and delivered to a high standard.
Richard leads Colliers Real Estate Management team. The team comprises nearly 200 employees across the country. Richard has 20 over years’ experience in the property industry.
Richard’s background has been across large scale assets, both retail and commercial properties.
He is actively involved in project leasing, retail consultancy and development opportunities, and leads the strategic positioning of assets to maximise value to owners.
Richard joined Colliers in 2013 following 12 years at Kiwi Property Group, where he held various leasing and management roles.
