Among our recent successes was the capital raise for New Ground Capital’s Whenuapai housing development. New Ground is building 49 new terrace homes for the New Zealand Defence Force near the Whenuapai RNZAF base, which will be leased back to the NZDF. The project is due for completion in early 2018.
Colliers was instrumental in the recent sales of a profitable Frame and Truss company supplying Auckland’s buoyant residential construction market. The business uses Pryda manufacturing systems for the pre-fabrication of wall frames, floor trusses, floor cassettes and roof trusses, and fabricates and sells timber frames and trusses on the open market to merchants for use in predominantly residential housing and some commercial projects.
Recently, Colliers sold HSM engineering - a stainless steel fabrication and profile cutting business that delivers services to industries nationwide. HSM’s purpose built factory is one of the largest manufacturing workshop in Auckland. HSM’s core business includes manufacturing tanks, vessels and silos, as well as other services such as supplementary engineering, fabrication, precision profile cutting and on-site installation of their products.
We currently have childcare, scaffolding and distribution businesses in the pipeline.
