Colliers' Asian property services team has a very strong presence in Asia, with a network of offices in 14 countries, spanning the region from Kazakhstan in the west to Indonesia in the east.
Our Asia regional business is led by an executive team based in Hong Kong. Several members of this team, as well as many professionals based in Colliers’ offices in cities such as Singapore and Shanghai, are New Zealanders who have previously worked for Colliers in New Zealand. This provides our New Zealand based Asian client services team with very strong connections into our large network in Asia.
We aim to become the preferred supplier of commercial property services to the Asian community in New Zealand. With a multi-lingual team, strategic leadership and a wealth of experience across various service lines, we have built strong foundations from which to step up our presence in this important market. We aim to leverage the relationships and connections of our Asian team to match our clients’ properties with the vast locally-domiciled Asian buyer market. We also have the expertise and connections to provide our Asian clients with other property services such as valuation and consultancy.
