The Meridian Mall in Dunedin is an iconic building and shopping centre sitting on nearly 1ha of prime CBD land. Meridian Mall is located at 285 George Street, Dunedin. It has a gross lettable area of 16,013sqm on a 9,389sqm site with 650 car parks. Opened in 1997 the centre is the dominant retail centre for a growing primary catchment of 126,000 people, according to a recent IQ report.
