Robert Tulp is a man who understands real estate. Since joining the real estate sector in 1992 Robert has filled many roles – Sales Consultant, Manager, Business Owner, Real Estate Mentor and Auctioneer.
Robert has called auctions in the residential, rural, mortgagee and commercial fields as well as coaching and mentoring sales consultants, managers, business owners and auctioneers in the art of auction.

Phil has been an active participant in auction competitions in both New Zealand and Australia and in 2009 he was awarded Australasia’s “Auctioneer of the Year”.
Richard Kerr joined the real estate industry in 2003. Beginning in Perth, Western Australia as a salesperson, he quickly grew and flourished in his chosen field. Whole auctions weren't common practise in Perth at that time, Richard became known as an “auction agent” from his success in conducting sales by auction.
Inevitably his belief in the process resulted in him learning the craft of auctioneering and he has been recognised by the industry with numerous national awards throughout his career, which has affirmed his choice of specialisation.
Richard has called thousands of auctions in Perth and in Auckland in corporate roles, as well as within a boutique auction company.

Auckland Director - Investment Sales
Gareth leads Colliers International's Investment Sales team. The team operates across the entire Auckland market from four strategic locations; CBD (including city fringe), South Auckland (based in Highbrook), West Auckland (based in North West Shopping Centre) and North Shore (based in Takapuna).
This is a large team of brokers and support staff focussed on providing solutions to owners, investors, developers, owner-occupiers and tenants. It features a specialised site sales team focussed on residential land and development opportunites. Investment Sales also includes the syndication division, offerring proportionate ownership opportunities to investors on behalf of clients.
Gareth is also on the Executive Team for Colliers in New Zealand.
Michelle is an ambitious MBA graduate with a background in health care provision and management and a strong record of academic and professional achievements.
She is known for her tenacity and resilience and the ability to think on her feet. Expert at building relationships, her clients appreciate her integrity, professionalism, expertise and honesty.
At the forefront of her practice Michelle combines supreme management and organisational skills with a competitive knowledge of commercial sales. She has instigated and managed several significant transactions and has brokered property and business sales across a range of sectors during her time in Commercial Real Estate.
Michelle served as a Commissioned Officer in the British Armed Forces, the New Zealand Defence Force and alongside the United Nations. She has served in the UK, Germany, Bosnia, Northern Ireland and East Timor.
On leaving the Army she managed a staff of approximately 160 people as a Senior Manager at the District Health Board. Michelle joined Colliers International in 2006 and is part of the Wellington CBD Investment sales team and specialises in Commercial & Investment sales.
Mark is a high achieving investment broker specialising in investment sales and has negotiated in excess of $1.3 billion of sales both in Canterbury and throughout New Zealand. He has been instrumental in some of the biggest commercial property transactions in the South Island.
Mark’s extensive national network of institutional clients, family trusts and high net worth individuals are always seeking opportunities in the commercial property market. He is a partner and general manager of Colliers International in Christchurch and was previously managing director of CBRE locally for 12 years.
Recent major transactions include: the former Police Station at 68 St Asaph Street ($24.7m); Opus House, 12 Moorhouse Ave ($37.5m); Westpac, 7 Show Place ($14.5m); 282 Durham St (confidential); and 124-140 Kilmore Street ($25.2m).
